World Suicide Prevention Day 2017

Above is a link to the national suicide prevention Alliance’s website. Suicide can be often a taboo subject however suicidal thoughts are common when struggling with mental health problems. It is so important that we talk about these thoughts and that we and seek help.

If you feel unable to keep yourself safe speak to your GP or attend A&E which are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All A&E departments have specialist staff who can help you! Don’t struggle on your own, there are people who can help!
